Conference information

Bhutan2022 will take place in Bhutan, November 4-5, 2022, as a hybrid conference, meaning that it will be possible to participate either onsite in Bhutan or online.

If it is impossible to have the physical part of a conference (for example, due to a pandemic), the whole conference will be held online.

More information about deadlines, the application process for a Bhutanese visa, conference fee, accommodation, etc., follows after registration opens.

• Registration for onsite participants without a paper will be open from May 23 to September 7, 2022
• Registration for online participants without a paper will be open from May 23 to October 23, 2022
•       Registration for participants presenting a paper will be open from May 23 to September 7, 2022

If you want to present a paper, you can already submit an abstract until August 5, 2022. See the Call for Paper for more details.
