Members of the editorial board
Dr. Karma Utha currently serves as the Assistant Professor in Samtse College of Education (SCE). Karma has a PhD on Formative Assessment from Aalborg University, Denmark; M. Sc in Physics from Pune University, India; and Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics and Physics Joint Honours) from Trent University, Canada. She prioritizes enhancing students’ learning outcome and improving Quality of Education. Some of her research interests are on policy, quality of education, educational assessment and STEM education.
Dr. Tshering Wangmo serves as Assistant Professor/ ECCD Centre Director at Paro College of Education. She has a PhD in ECCD from the University of New England, Armidale, NSW, Australia. Tschering has worked 30+ years in the Paro College of Education. She teaches Psychology, Research and ECCD in the college.
Dr. Jesper Garsdal, serves as Senior Associate Professor at the Research Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at VIA University College, Denmark. He is academic coordinator of Fecun, and one of the two editors-in-chief of the FECUN journal.
